Moyka 90 Restoration Project is funded by private investors. Located in the very heart of St. Petersburg Moyka 90 is to be transformed into an attractive open city space. The historic mansion itself has architectural value, and it is protected under heritage conservation. Our major goal is to effectively arrange space and provide existing historic architecture with a new purpose. It is our challenge to create a varied space with restaurants, retail, coworking, office premises for rent, cultural facilities and amenities.
