Procopio is an Italian style gelateria in Moscow named after a Sicilian-born chef Francesco Procopio Cuto who by a legend invented modern gelato in the end of XVI century. The concept of traditional style kiosk to be installed at Gorkiy Park, Moscow, is inspired by the retro aesthetics. Lightweight constructions are easily installed and removed at the end of the season.
